Review of GROUND ZERO by Nicholas Ryan

My review of Ground Zero: A Zombie Apocalypse by Nicholas Ryan
I give this book 4 stars!

I was sucked in by just the first couple of lines. This is a story that will hold your attention throughout the book and you will not want to put it d...own! This is a nerve-wracking tale of survival and destruction that has only left me craving more. Cutter is a guy trying to deal with his own tragedies when suddenly everything around him gets destroyed, at one point literally! While only trying to make it on his own one day at a time, he ends up meeting and helping others along the way. The only confusing part at the beginning is that you start out following different people as the apocalypse is unfolding. I wasn’t quite sure which was going to be the main character at first. Once Cutter is introduced the story really gets going and I realized the other people were just helping to set the scene. Also, some of the characters are introduced and once you know their names, you don’t hear about them again. However, it was set up perfectly for a sequel and I can’t wait to see what other books the author will come out with. I highly recommend you get this book and be sure to put it at the TOP of your reading list!

  1. Nice review. My only complaint is the background and type blend in too well. Had a hard time reading the words.
